We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

We do not accept exchanges due to sizing. 

We do not refund because you couldn't read our processing times. 

We do not replace tumbler lids. some of them are a twist top. Twist them. do not bang them on a counter trying to open it, chip it, and then expect a replacement because you could not try to twist it first! 

PLEASE for the love of god do not email us asking for a status update within our timeframe! All current timelines will be posted on Facebook when we are behind or we put a banner on the top of our website's slideshow! .... our general turnaround time is 14 business days! business days, not actual days. We absolutely promise there is NEVER a status update. EVER. it's either shipped or it hasn't! you can track that via the shop app or you will receive an email. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR TIME. We are not robots, we are two human beings processing hundreds of orders in a week!Â
